If there is any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall govern and control.

- 4-WEB.SITE operates as a technology platform and website generator, providing businesses with digital infrastructure including:

digital presence tools.
The platform itself does not process customer payments for services listed by businesses.
2. Payments for Services
Payments for services listed on business pages are handled directly between the customer and the business providing the service.
The platform does not collect or process payments for bookings or services.
- Customers may pay businesses using the payment methods accepted by the individual business.
- These methods may include:
- cash payments
payment by POS terminal (credit or debit cards)
other payment methods supported directly by the business.
Each business is responsible for clearly informing customers about accepted payment methods before providing the service.
3. No Platform Commission
- 4-WEB.SITE does not charge commissions on bookings, appointments, or services performed by businesses using the platform.
- The platform does not take any percentage from:
- bookings
- service payments
customer transactions
service revenue generated by businesses.
All payments for services belong entirely to the business providing the service.
4. Platform Membership Fee
- Businesses using 4-WEB.SITE may be required to pay a membership fee for access to the platform and its services.
- This membership fee may include:
- access to the website generator
- use of the booking system
- hosting of the business website
use of the platform subdomain
access to platform features and tools.
The membership fee may be charged on a yearly basis.
The platform reserves the right to modify membership pricing in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance.
- 5. Business Financial Responsibility
- Businesses using the platform are fully responsible for:
- collecting payments from customers
- managing their own financial transactions
- issuing receipts or invoices where required by law
managing refunds or cancellations
complying with all applicable tax regulations.
The platform does not participate in financial transactions between customers and businesses.
- 6. Taxes
- Businesses are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to their services, including but not limited to:
- income tax
- value added tax (VAT)
local business taxes
other applicable financial obligations.
4-WEB.SITE does not collect taxes on behalf of businesses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Refunds
- Refund policies are determined individually by each business.
- Customers must contact the business directly regarding:
- refunds
cancellations
payment disputes.
The platform is not responsible for refund decisions made by businesses.
8. Future Payment Integration
The platform may introduce online payment processing in the future through third-party payment providers.

9. Payment Disputes
Any disputes related to payments for services must be resolved directly between the customer and the business providing the service.
The platform is not responsible for mediating financial disputes between customers and businesses.
